“As a veteran truck driver of 33 years, I have worked for a hand full of companies and none of them deserve respect more than Northfield rucking. I started there 6 years ago and they have made me feel like family since day 1! Dispatch has been great to work with, the inner office staff are always welcoming to any questions or concerns and handle such in a timely  manner. I have never had a problem with payroll, which was always an issue with other companies. I have always been paid on time and accurately. They have a full service tractor and trailer shop including paint and body. If there is ever the tiniest issue, it is fixed immediately and properly and they never blame the driver for the issues like some companies do. I can’t say enough good things about Northfield and Leigh Ann (the owner) and the rest of my Northfield family! I hope to retire with this company someday!”
